Dr. Ramana Polavarpu
Dr. Ramana Palavarpu is a great role model and inspiration to Mitra Jyothi trainees. From academia to Economics and Technology, his mastery is spread over a wide range of topics! Mr. Ramana has secured Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California at Davis. Despite vision impairment, he nearly completed his masters in computer sciences too! Mr. Ramana was a faculty member in the University of Colorado for seven years before making a shift to the technology industry. He has been a software professional for nearly two decades now. Currently, he is a data scientist at Goldman Sachs. He likes music, mathematics and yoga. Even today, problem solving in the field of economics, statistics and machine learning are of great interest to him!
