Workshop on ” Family Life Education , Health & Hygiene” by Mrs G. Rekha, FPAI Bangalore on 10th March 2021 at Mitra Jyothi!!!

Mitra Jyothi arranges sessions on “Health and Hygiene” for every 3 months for the beneficiaries to create awareness. Mrs. Rekha as part of ” Family life Education , Health & Hygiene” visited Mitra Jyothi on 10th March 2021. During the session Mrs. Rekha extensively focussed around ” Health and Hygiene” and “Family planning”. The session was around 2 hours and she explained the proper measures to be taken in to consideration to lead a healthy life. Health is not only referred physical strength but also include mental and social well- being. There are different elements to be taken care to lead a healthy life.

Participants had lot of questions as Health and Hygiene plays a vital role in everyone’s life. The session gave them immense knowledge on the topic.
